Judging on the schedule, CO2 is output with the steam. See: at zero - it is usually a high humidity outside, but the wall is cold enough that the water began to condense in it. Therefore, a water vapor permeability of the wall is sharply reduced, the concentration of CO2 is rising sharply. With a further decreasing of temperature the outside air becomes drier, the steam is removed from the wall better, CO2 concentration gradually decreases. Also, it is visible a clear dependence on a water vapor permeability of the material from which is made the wall. And the fact that in the wooden wall the water does not condense there are no jumps in the concentration of CO2.
A little bit messy.
