A very good pitcher!! They have now only very small. As you can see its size is 16 cm. I have bought these jars long time ago (I do not know how to call it) for 1.2 liters (about 35 cm) and 3.7 liters (about 45-50 cm). I haven’t made a decoupage yet. Mosaics in the interior and exterior of the house, a mosaic in the garden. It is very nice obtained if you trim with a broken glass (1): green, brown and clear. Any large metal containers, old cans, buckets serve as a basis. In this case, use a large bucket from under the paint. In the summer while repairs they are often thrown away, so it is easy to find them. I'm doing the trim of broken bottle glass. It is better to take multi-colored bottles. From transparent glass bottles I paint inside the nail polish, the best pearl, but the colors can be very different. The bottles are placed to the colors in a few plastic bags and smash with a hammer or dumbbells. Then carefully make out the glass and put in a bowl of water to settle the pieces and unstuck labels. Then lay out the pieces of glass in a small box – a mosaic ready. You can glue on a normal tile adhesive, alternating colors. When the glue dries, wipe the blanks with a white grout. Carefully wipe the lenses and a flower bed is ready. If it is intended for the home, you can leave that way. For the street I stained the places with the grout paint "silver" BT-177. Unfortunately, in a hurry I have no time to take pictures of a general plan, but in principle it is intended as a kind of path-stream and blind area, which runs along flowerbeds and smoothly "flows" in the pond of a concrete ring.
Scotch should stick surface mosaic assembled in small pieces, one by one, with no spaces. You can collect a small figure and background to fill a free space that is already in progress. And you can collect the whole canvas. In my opinion it is more convenient to use small fragments. In this case, they are not heavy, easy to climb on an adhesive tape and can be many times to try and drag.
And as for the pictures, some of them were excavated in the bowels of the Internet, some composed themselves. Schemes for embroidery, for me personally, are the most great! Everything is divided into equal squares of a particular color. With squares I have some troubles because I destroy everything with a hammer, but I confess, I have recently bought a tile saw and I dream to make something similar to these mats.

It is easier to buy tiles at the building markets. There is a good choice and you can buy 1-2 pieces (in stores usually we can buy in meters and boxes)

In my opinion first time it is better not to bother with cutting and choose pictures that can spread by broken pieces.
