Everyone decides for himself that it is better!.
I have already written in the forum over the last ten years I use a dozen of buildings - those who built himself (as a customer) or overhauled brick (the age from 15 to more than 100 years), log, foam concrete, frame (wood )houses with a variety of insulators, films and finishes.
For myself, I decided unequivocally:
1. A foam - "no currently any people" (unless combining)
2. The wood frame houses with a mineral wadding are very good for business: It is fast and cheap to build, warm, the climate - is not particularly important (this is not for you), the service life is longer than a term of investment.
3. The timbers and bricks are good, but a lot of problems: How long to build, if it is thin it will be cold, or if it is thick, it will be expensive, a low-quality material.
4. Personally for me, I definitely decided that a country house must be only "breathable": a frame - LSTC or a good (an expensive and a high quality with the autoclave impregnation) timber, an ecowool, a plywood.
5. The finishing from two sides (for myself and for a business) – is just a lining (aesthetic, environmentally friendly, not afraid of temperature changes and humidity, enough "vandal-resistant"), naturally of varying quality and price.
The siding is (any), and DSP - only for business buildings.
6. Windows: for the business - plastic, for myself - wood.
7. Different versions of foam - only the foundations and floors on the first floor (under the screed).
