Thanks to the SMS you can switch on and off the individual contours of electric heating. Taking into account that this is a dasha, It is very comfortable to prepare the house in winter for the arrival but not arrive until it is heated and freeze!. I have 3 units:

2. The second floor, a north room
3. The second floor, a south room.
Depending on the amount of traveling, we will heat the necessary rooms.
You can query the current temperature in the house, in order to be informed.

My brother and I will download the fridge with a beer before leaving in summer time. And, then before we arrive in advance hanks to SMS we will swich it!.

Maybe, but I consciously built a framehouse. Although there are not only walls, but a foundation and a roof. And we should count all together, not piecemeal.

Thanks for the compliments, I am straight embarrassed!. With the floor it is OK. Everything is dry. Where it was very damp, I nailed the OSB bottom up, so it dried better. Oh, and I wrote... A few more pictures from the history of the shield.
Almost everything has already cross-connected.
There is no only a 12V power supply for the diode illumination and a twilight relay. They have the operational testing with measurements of consumption in real combat conditions. Finally, I set the flap in place.
I connected a lighting and a heating circuit in the insulated room.
Then I connect the antenna to the modem. Now, everything works. We are remotely monitoring the temperature regime.
